Do any Austrailian Zoos have birds of Paradise. Chester is the only one in the UK, and only one of 3 in europe.
WOW, three UK zoos with Indian rhinos, thats great news, all these years its been only Whipsnade zoo who kept them, so this will be interesting in the years to come and with a bit of luck they can pump out a few bubs.
I didn't know that Chester had more than One Indian rhino all those years ago. I'll have to ask some of the rhino keepers next time I go.
Chester has 3.3. it said on Isis. There was one night when exchanging rhinos that they held nine. They were honoured.
Yes, one came from a polish zoo as did Ema another female. Not Emma. She died This is a new female. very tame as well.
I'm sorry but I don't know. The latest guide said 7 rhinos, ISIS says six. I'll have to count them next time I go. The new Orang house opens on the 26th may. I'm going around then
