Chimpanzees in the UK

So with Wingham's chimps having arrived this week I thought it best to check in and be sure that all these entries are still up to date!

Belfast Zoo = 2.6 (Andy Lewis, Lizzie Kim Phoebe Sophie Lucy Pixie)

Blair Drummond Safari Park and Adventure Park = 1.5 (Chippie, Blossom Jill Rosie Copper Tupelo)

Chester Zoo = 7.13 (Boris Wilson Nicky Friday Dylan Eric Carlos, Rosie Farthing Mandy Kiki Sarah Sally Layla Alice Zee-Zee Vila Chrissie Patti Tina)

Colchester Zoo = 3.5 (Pippin Tombe Tumba, Billy-Joe Tara Tekita Kora Talia)

Drayton Manor Park Zoo = 1.0 (Toto)

Dublin Zoo = 3.4 (Austin Marlon Bossou, Betty Florin Pia Malou)

Right off the bat there has been a sad development; Paddy has passed away at Monkey World.

This brings them down to 25.30
 
I may have missed out a chimpanzee at Wales Ape and Monkey Sanctuary; male Twmi. Can anyone verify if he is still around there?
This would make their population 8.2 (Tubman Charley Bili Kaspar Jason Twmi Fergus Ronnie, Nakima Uschi)

Are you 100% sure that this total is correct as I think it is 9.2 they have could be wrong as Chimps just aren't my thing.

This is the thing I'm not sure. MagpieGoose told me it was 7.2, then I saw a Facebook post about Twmi from a month ago so I assume he's still alive. I'll message the sanctuary in the morning.
 
Well you are certainly listing too many collections keeping them in the UK,because atleast one went out of them as part of its conditions of joining EAZA.

Twmi is still there . He lives with Fergus , Ronnie , Nakima and Bili in the main enclosure . There are 2 more in the attached smaller enclosure . As the whole area was under quarantine when I visited a while ago , I assume these are the new arrivals Uschi and Kaspar .

Over by the baboons are Tubman and Jason . I assume Charley is also in that area , not labelled though , I only saw 2 outside . What looked like an extension to the outside enclosure was being built .

Thank you, that's very useful to know :) I suppose this 9th male will be going with them
