Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden Cincinnati Zoo News 2017

Does that make it the largest indoor gorilla exhibit? I think in some videos on youtube the zoo staff said it was the largest indoor gorilla exhibit, but they often say things that are at least somewhat inaccurate in those videos.

One of the new signs states it's "One of" the largest - referring to Gorilla bedrooms.

As promised, here's a preview of the new indoor gorilla habitat. Don't expect much, it's very subtle for many reasons - I further explain the reasons in the video. For one, the glare is horrible with clear skies, so I plan on filming at night next week. The second biggest reason is because an entire Gorilla World walkthrough is in the works, and I don't want to give too much away... yet. Enjoy this short feature.

Small update: The aardwolves are back on exhibit but the clouded leopard is still missing. In the World of the Insect aviary, along with the mentioned Victoria crowned pigeons, they have now been joined by two more species: Nicobar and Pied Imperial Pigeons. The pumas are off exhibit for renovations - possibly for a new entrance door for the animals so it's no longer a visible cage. The back room in the nursery that isn't accessible to guests has been turned into a second Tamandua exhibit.

Do you know what changes were made to the Aardwolf exhibit?

The cougars were off exhibit so that the zoo could implement a new tree. They made a mock tree, replicating and replacing the real one.

The Galagos in Jungle Trails were off exhibit, and the exhibit was completely empty, as was the screaming armadillo exhibit in Night Hunters. The bobcat was still listed as being in its outdoor "vacation home"
