It is a shame that an animal essentially on loan is part and parcel of any litigation. Obviously, Cincinnati Zoo owns the animal as does the AZA Western Lowland Gorilla SSP! That should be legal enough, right ..., so why the endless excuses and litigation needed to get the gorilla back from the Gorilla Foundation?
