It’s a mock-rock fence, no mesh. The former black rhino exhibit.

It certainly looks that way now, but the splits were originally part of a single discussion. The discussion on the zoo's perception was rooted in some of the responses to a recent zoo decision reported in the news thread.

Not for a while, they're building the new Giraffe Tower area first before using the current Giraffe Ridge for black rhinos, zebra and bongo.

Moe the babirusa and the otter family have started their introductions so that area may be closed to the public on and off until they are comfortable with each other.
