Here is an updated species list of everything I saw at my visit on Friday, June 18th. AFAIK I saw every enclosure. I mostly only track what I saw, but I'll take note of species signed not seen where I remember them.
Night Hunters- Amazing exhibit, probably my first or second favorite at the zoo. The species list was amazing, the cats and other animals were very enjoyable and active, and the only one I missed (AFAIK) was the pallas cat.
Cat Canyon- Nice and lush exhibit, I missed the snow leopards.
Around the reptile house, nice exhibits, the walk in eagle aviary was very cool, missed the Andean condor
Gorilla world
World of the insect- My favorite exhibit other than night hunters. So many interesting, large, and colorful arthropod species and a nice selection of herps in addition. The exhibitry was compelling and left fellow visitors with a newfound appreciation for insects and other overlooked creatures.

Near world of the insect, the path continues for a bit and then ends where there is fencing signage about the new elephant exhibit.
Wings of wonder bird show- enjoyable and humorous show
Dragons- another very enjoyable exhibit with nice presentation and interesting species.
Rhino reserve- A fairly typical hoofstock row type exhibit, but with rarer species. I missed the Yellow-backed Duiker.
Manatee springs- Another very nice exhibit, the entry are does give the hot and humid feel of Florida. I missed nearly all of the free roaming species in the greenhouse, which from signage consisted of some turtles, lizards, indigo bunting, and orioles. Inside the building, I missed one of the turtles and the pygmy sunfish. There were unsigned fish species as well.
Lords of the Arctic- Something that needs updating. It was honestly hilarious hearing the conversations of 'They used to have polar bears in hear, now it is just some ducks' or 'I can't believe Kroger sponsored this!'.
Jungle trails- another very enjoyable exhibit with nice species, and unexpected nocturnal areas. I missed the Coquerel's sifaka and (Gold headed?) lion tamarins.
Wings of the world- This list is the most incomplete, as I was somewhat pressed for time and tiny birds in big aviaries can be hard to find. The biggest miss here was the Kea, where are/were they?
Africa- Very nice complex with an impressive great plains and the famous Fiona hippo pool. Missed the wildebeest and guinea fowl.
Children zoo and wolf woods- A nice area that shouldn't be skipped with nice species. I think there were some goats and llamas in the petting area as well, and there were tortoises I didn't see either (Radiated and gopher I think?) Oddly enough I saw the fox but not the otter in wolf woods.
Gibbon islands and swan lake- I missed some of the duck species on swan lake, and the red pandas nearby. This was a very nice, lush, and well planted area.
Elephant reserve- Nice looking architecture and exhibit, but it could be much larger and I'm excited to see how the new one turns out. I really would like this area to stay Asian species focused however as the building and theming looks so nice.

Roo valley- The walkthrough portion is very regrettable especially considering what it replaced, and I didn't even see any kangaroos in it! But the little blue penguin exhibit after (mostly) made up for it, as it was spectacular. Some other members of my party tried the new for 2021 Kanga Climb, while I of course continued seeing the whole zoo, but it seemed like it wasn't all that good and there are better ropes courses out there.
Reptile house- while not the biggest one out there, it is almost certainly the most historic and still fun with nice enclosures and species.
Overall, I had a very nice day at the zoo. There was heavy rain for half an hour in the mourning, which made it a perfect time to check out night hunters, and the rain halted afterwards. The zoo was nice and compact, which is something my fellow travelers quite enjoyed. The lush scenery and wild lizards also added to the great atmosphere of the Cinci zoo. It has been nearly exactly 2 years since I've been to a major zoological institution (Georgia aquarium, which was a fine one at that), and now that I have gotten really serious about species hunting, I really appreciate this zoo and the history it carries with it. Sure, it probably was even better in the past, but it is very enjoyable even in the present.

Children zoo and wolf woods- A nice area that shouldn't be skipped with nice species. I think there were some goats and llamas in the petting area as well, and there were tortoises I didn't see either (Radiated and gopher I think?) Oddly enough I saw the fox but not the otter in wolf woods.

Gibbon islands and swan lake- I missed some of the duck species on swan lake, and the red pandas nearby. This was a very nice, lush, and well planted area.

Elephant reserve- Nice looking architecture and exhibit, but it could be much larger and I'm excited to see how the new one turns out. I really would like this area to stay Asian species focused however as the building and theming looks so nice.

Roo valley- The walkthrough portion is very regrettable especially considering what it replaced, and I didn't even see any kangaroos in it! But the little blue penguin exhibit after (mostly) made up for it, as it was spectacular. Some other members of my party tried the new for 2021 Kanga Climb, while I of course continued seeing the whole zoo, but it seemed like it wasn't all that good and there are better ropes courses out there.

Overall, I had a very nice day at the zoo. There was heavy rain for half an hour in the mourning, which made it a perfect time to check out night hunters, and the rain halted afterwards. The zoo was nice and compact, which is something my fellow travelers quite enjoyed. The lush scenery and wild lizards also added to the great atmosphere of the Cinci zoo. It has been nearly exactly 2 years since I've been to a major zoological institution (Georgia aquarium, which was a fine one at that), and now that I have gotten really serious about species hunting, I really appreciate this zoo and the history it carries with it. Sure, it probably was even better in the past, but it is very enjoyable even in the present.
