St Asaph
Belle Vue
any of the Liverpool Collections.

That is great, the link about the various Liverpool collections was exactly what I was after. and what great you tube vids, thanks a lot.
 
I'm looking for detailed information about the hippopotamus "Hercules", which lived from 1965 to 1977 at the Bellevue Zoo. He should almost have drowned on his arrival because they should have given him a sedative just before unloading him. In addition, he is said to have killed, and eaten, a malayan tapir, a pygmy hippo and several birds since 1968.Does anyone have more detailed information and references to it? I would be very grateful for that.
