Has anyone ever been to this zoo during spring break? Considering it's a big zoo, I'm curious if the crowds of family are still overbearing. You should be ok during the week !We have never had a problem with crowds in the spring time.Also keep in mind we have been dealing with less than ideal spring here in Ohio.

I am hoping the weather discourages some people, although it didn't at the Smithsonian. But then I have to also factor...maybe people are vacationing in D.C. and the zoo is free. I went during the summer and honestly it wasn't too bad. The polar bear exhibit was crowded, but that's why I'm going first thing!
