computer question

I don't know if this is the place to ask this, but I'm in the process of moving from a PC to a lap top, (second hand) and I was wondering if any one knows an easy way to save the favorites folder from my old PC to save me having to manually add each one?

Thanks for the input guys, I'll have ago when I get back from my holiday, The system I use at present is Microsoft Internet explorer (wanadoo) the new system has either fire fox or Macfly or something that sounds like that.
Considering I first went on line in 1996 when hardly any one else was , I seam to have lost most of the PC knowledge I accumulated, as they say if you don't use it you loose it.
My partner used to work in commuter soft wear systems if he gets time I'm sure he will help out eventually........:rolleyes:
