Coral World Ocean Park is a 5-acre facility located in Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Species at the facility include Atlantic bottlenose dolphin, South American sea lion, white-cheeked pintail, blue-streaked lory, red-footed tortoise, green sea turtle, and lemon shark, among other species.

On January 18th, the aquarium announced they performed successful cataract surgery on (1.1) South American sea lions named Omar and Rose on January 8th.

On February 10th, the aquarium announced that a (0.1) Atlantic bottlenose dolphin named Coki was born on October 10th, 2022.

The United States Virgin Islands are, in fact, in the United States.
Not really, Guam and America Samoa are the same status and they have their own forum. Aruba has the same status with Netherlands but its not in Netherlands subforum.

I would think this section is only for the 50 states + DC.

The U.S. Virgin Islands doesn't have its own forum though so where should I have put it, especially when Coral World is under the US tag?
 
On May 28th, the aquarium announced they acquired (0.0.3) Atlantic bottlenose dolphins named Coco, Huf-N-Puf, and Lady Ace from the now-closed Mirage's Dolphin Habitat in Nevada. On August 9th, it was reported that Huf-N-Puf passed away due to an infection.

On November 5th, the aquarium announced that a (0.1) South American sea lion named Storm was born on October 3rd.

On February 19th, 2025, the ocean park announced they acquired a (0.1) American kestrel named Ally after it was found in a yard and deemed unreleaseable due to missing its left eye.

1.0 bottlenose dolphin Tatem was transferred from Dolphin Connection to Coral World Ocean Park on April 12th, 2025. Tatem was born at Dolphin Quest Bermuda on April 8th, 2004, and is owned by the Brookfield Zoo.
