Taman Safari Indonesia:

SeaWorld Ancol used to house Saltwater crocodiles and False gharials back in the 2000s, including an albino individual. They were off display since 2012 and replaced by an otter exhibit, that was converted into a mixed wetland exhibit since 2013. Taman Safari Indonesia used to house False gharials too.
 
Indonesia's most famous crocodile would be Kojek. It was a Saltwater crocodile kept by a villager in Sempur, Bogor (not far from Taman Safari) that was almost a meter long. It was rather obese and lethargic since it was fed by its owner every time. Around 2017, Kojek was evacuated by forestry officials and Taman Safari staff, and since then, Kojek is a permanent resident in Taman Safari's crocodile exhibit.

Could it be that the zoo in Bukittinggi, Sumbar maintained both Crocodylus porosus and Tomistoma schlegelii (I seem to remember that when visiting in 2018).
