Crocs as Pets

Good as in legal, not good for people who'll buy them unaware of how big and bitey they get :p
 
The permit system for keeping crocodiles in South Australia is fairly top notch, you have to have someone willing to take it when it gets to big, and have a referee to vouch for your animal keeping skills and one to vouch for the same but they much be keeping crocodiles currently.
You also apply for specific endorsement to keep them. its not just a matter of sending away the cash, you have to provide images of how you are going to keep it, what you are going to feed it and everything else the DEH want to know!
