Zoo Tycoon developing zoo tycoon 3 for pc

I was just surfing the net when i came across with this site . it a petition site where people can sign so tha microsoft will develop zoo tycoon 3 for pc ! it seem that there are only 373 more signs needed !!!!

The best we can hope for is simple porting of console version to PC.
Microsoft would never re-develop the game to be more like our beloved Zoo Tycoon 2, and would definitely leave the file encrypted so not moddable.

I think Zoo Tycoon for xbox is not the type of zoo tycoon we wanted. Only think i like about it, is the different types of sub spieces.
