Hi, does anybody know the parentage of Diamond the golden tabby tiger at the IOW tiger sanctuary? I read somewhere that some of the tigers in the sanctuary do come from Longleat and I know Longleat used to have a golden tabby tiger called Sonar and I was wondering if Sonar ( who is now dead ) is the father or brother of Diamond. Thanks in advance for any info anyone can give me.
 
Sonar (golden tabby) was definately the father as he had several litters at Longleat with the resident females, Kadu (orange) and Chandi (white) I'm tempted to say that Diamond was Sonar x Kadu

Diamond was born at Dublin Zoo along with his twin sister Aysha; as far as I know he's not directly related to the Longleat cats, and I believe his parents were both stripey carriers of the white gene though I could be wrong on this detail.
 
The white tigress bron to chandi and Sonar zena also has a older sister at the park called zia... could this be kadu offspring or chandi's?
 
Dose anyone know more about the longleat tiger births regarding , litters,names,sexes and location now? many thanks..
