celebrating the end of the world, two birthdays:

Happy birthday Kudu21.

Happy birthday lechweoryx.
 
I think it was pretty bad manners of the Mayans to predict the end of the world just a few days before Christmas. People will be all like "oh no, do I prepare for death, or get ready to celebrate? Do I buy presents for the kids or not?" Must be triply as confusing for people with birthdays at this time of year too.

In those days, it would have been the Julian calendar, so they probably did not get the memo about the 10-day jump. :D
 
I think if they can predict the end of the world that far in advance they can take into account everything else as well!
 
What if your birthday, wedding anniversary, and Christmas all fall close to each other? These are very confusing times.
 
Well thank you! Happy birthday to lechweoryx as well! I feel awfully bad about just showing up in this forum when it is my own birthday though. I don't exactly visit this area of the forum very often so I had no idea that there were birthday topics until someone informed me today! I will have to pay more attention so that I can wish others a happy day of birth as well.
