On July 10th, it was announced that the zoo transferred a (1.0) Nubian giraffe named Zabuni to the Port Lympne Wild Animal Park in Kent.

On September 25th, it was announced that the zoo transferred another (1.0) Nubian giraffe named Sifa to the Blair Drummond Safari & Adventure Park in Scotland.
