This is a first for me - seeing a pair of Wedge tailed eagles for sale on Gumtree - whilst it says they require a licence, what type of licence is actually required for these birds (I was under the impression they couldn't be kept privately )

Cowra is in NSW, and - as far as I can tell - in NSW wedge-tailed eagles cannot be kept privately (official list of native species allowed to be kept privately under licence: http://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/resources/nature/CurrentSpeciesList.pdf).

Cowra is 20 minutes from my place. Might have to see if they will let me view them haha.
