Two months ago Ecodrome recieved two white-eared marmosets (Callithrix aurita); one male, and one female. The female however was pregnant at arrival but nobody knew. She now gave birth to a twin (normal for marmosets), and the male, named Alaque, accepted them! He carries 'his' children on his back as all marmoset fathers do.

I hope to take some photos very soon.
 
Could you perhaps tell us some more about the Ecodrome?
 
Ecodrome is actually a museum of Natural History with a beautiful collection of stuffed animals and replicas of animals of the ice age like a mammoth, sable tooth tiger, etc.

The museum also has a small collection of animals such as: the marmosets, otters, birds of prey, two broad snouted caimans, some tropical birds, chickens, piranhas, and a nice collection of spiders (tarantulas)
 
You forgot to mention that the caimans are housed in a quite large south american aquarium also including arowana's and pacu's. And that they had a large collection of venomous snakes on display last year, which were a loan of serpo in delft.
