It was light-hearted and tongue in cheek. They know it looks silly. What exactly is the problem with that?I noticed DF did a few videos on social media recently talking in “Gen Z” speech, I know they are try to market the zoo but I think trying to be “down with the kids” looks a bit silly.

Bindee is currently at Mulhouse as the sole individual at the collection so would make sense to create a new pair with the male at Edinburgh. She was born in 2016.The Scottish Sun newspaper has a short article saying that a female Asiatic lion named Bindee will be arriving from France (doesn't say where from) in the next few weeks. Anyone heard anything about this?.
For me I like it when zoos do stuff like that cause it means there thinking of their younger demographicsI noticed DF did a few videos on social media recently talking in “Gen Z” speech, I know they are try to market the zoo but I think trying to be “down with the kids” looks a bit silly.

Does anyone know whether Edinburgh plan to breed their goral?
I've arranged a visit to Edinburgh next month, I really hope I can get a good look at Cleo while I'm there, does she come out much? The Prevost's squirrels will also be great to see if I can, I've only ever seen the species at Chester and once at Blackpool (theirs are usually a no-show).I visited today: more new exciting changes:
- Cleo the cheetah's indoor area is still closed off to the public, but she was still seen outside, watching the guests. You can tell she still isn't used to that many people yet.
- I thought from a distance that the monkey house may be getting work done on it (I really hope so) but I could be wrong.
- I saw the squirrels outside, resting in their new enclosure, being the second last enclosure in magic forest before you exit. They seen comfortable.
- There was some work being done in the west Living Links enclosure so the monkeys on that side were locked indoors, but the east side were allowed out. The decking on the enclosures is all done.
- There is some new panels next to the TV that says when the talks are in the entrance.
- The penguin enclosure has new wood surrounding the western side of the enclosure from the bridge (facing towards the nest area) which replaces the old and slightly rotted wood that they had before. There is also new fencing and a two sets of gates leadings along the glass viewing window on the same side of the enclosure. I believe they may be planning to start the penguin parade up againalthough in a more enclosed space and not around the entire area of grass with the face painting and playpark.
- The new zebra house seems to be progressing fairly well, although there actually wasn't as much development as I expected there to be in the time since I had seen it a couple months before.
- The empty carnivore house (next to the sun bears) is still having work done on it and is closed off, though it is impossible to see what they are doing in the outdoor enclosures.
That's good to know, thank you. I am definitely worried about not seeing her. Has it been said at all if Edinburgh will be getting other cheetahs, or will Cleo just be on her own?I've been about 3 times since she arrived, and seen her reliably on every one! You might have to come back later in the day, but I don't think spotting (lol) her will be an issue. She seems to like the shelter at the bottom of her exhibit with a lot of straw, and I got some great views of her walking around in the last hour of the day when I was last there
