I don't know how to change mistakes in my blurbs about my photo's..?

For instance could you please tell me how to change the title of this:

From Tea Party Chips --> Tea Party Chimps, (could you please fix it eitherway..?)

Underneath the photo, there is an image which looks like a pencil on a photo. This is the edit feature...

I'm always logged in, I've got the log in automatically function on, is that what you mean..? My computer has pop up blocker on would this affect it..?
