Okay, potentially super silly newbie question, but is there a way to edit a photo's description? For context, I'd just like to repair some outdated information.

Given that you have a limited window to edit posts, I doubt it, but you could add it in a comment. If it's egregious enough maybe a mod would fix it but I wouldn't rely on that (don't want to bother people who already have enough going on etc.)
