Eight sweet babies born!

Eight sweet Cheetha babies are born in Borås Zoo, Sweden. It is the female Luanga how is the mum. It is a very uniqe birth, cheethas usually gives birth to beetwen one and five cubs.

Luanga is born in Muster Zoo , Germany, 2004.

The dad Paka is born in Beekse Bergen, Holland 1999.


Have you heard about so many cubs in one litter?

Marwell in the UK had a very large litter of cheetahs , I think also 8 , born some years ago .

That is remarkable (but not unheard of). I do hope they all survive to adulthood. Cheetahs are my favorite animal and I would love to be able to photograph a litter of eight.
