Elephant Competition

Hi Guys,

I know this isn't Zoo related but its related to animals and conservation and thought some of you might want to know about this great organisation and cool competition I came across.. ( I was impressed!)

As I am new to the UK I have been researching the NGO's over here and there sure are a few! ( which is great)

I came across this group called EIA (Environmental Investigation Agency) and they do some great work at investigating wildlife and environmental crimes!

Anyhoo they have this competition running where you get to be an investigator for a day and see how they use their undercover equipment and you get to take home a fancy lil undercover digital camera!!!

Seems like this comp is in support of their investigations against the illegal ivory trade, they look like a great organisation.

I know for instance they worked with WPSI India to produce the report 'Skinning the Cat' (about the illegal tiger trade, available on their website), so they are a bona-fide organisation, which is a start I guess.
