Closed Email notifications

I've not been receiving any email notifications from zoochat for the last couple of days. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

My user account has had to be reset and reactivated twice recently because Zoochat emails became 'undeliverable', despite my email address remaining the same. I have only received notifications of comments on photos since the last incident a few weeks ago.

I'm still getting some emails but when i try to access the gallery I get a 'Bad gateway' notice from time to time. It used to happen a lot when I first joined each time I logged on in fact, but that has since stopped.

I just got bombarded with more than 50 email notifications from the last few days! Did anyone else experience this?

Most people probably would have just got a small flood, sorry - there was a backlog of emails held by our ESP because our account had run out of credit.

I've fixed that now, so this shouldn't happen again.

I had a small flurry of notifications from this thread. However, since then my email inbox has become a Zoochat-free zone again.

That has happened to me as well in the past. For about two days I did not get any notifications and then my email got swamped with not just notifications for individual threads but multiple notifications for the same threads. Everyonce in a while I won't get notifications for a single thread but that doesn't last long. I don't get PM notifications until I also get a notification for either a thread or a gallery post.

I know BeardsleyZooFan's account was recently deactivated for a few days due to an email issue.

I got my account de-activated for two days after I asked jobalba to stop my e-mails

My account was de-activated and reset and now I can no longer access zoochat from my laptop, I have to use my phone or the main computer in the living room. (For Americans: living room = sitting room.)
