ZSL London Zoo Endangered baby monkey gives ‘Hope’ to her species

Are they that hard to breed? I thought every zoo that has a breeding group manages to breed them...

Not my favorite mangabey to see, but still good news :)

Its hype... get a compatable pair or trio that are young and fertile (as opposed to geriatric or desocialised), and they should breed as well as any monkeys. Dublin have this species and do well with them, so do Barcelona and Valencia. (With this birth London have just about one more monkey than those groups!) But its good its another female. Nor my favourite Mangabey species either.:(
