Endangered species listing decisions are speeding up

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is speeding up the decision process for determining if species belong on the Endangered Species List. Many of these species have been in limbo for several decades.

It's about time too.

There's a comment I like posted below the article, in reference to the fact that human overpopulation will result in more extinctions:
