@Jungle Man where did you find the information for the three German centres?
Thanks @Neva ,I will add it and by the way your profile photo is amazing.Wrocław zoo in Poland has now only a pair (not three cats).
A male - Chen was born 30.03.2017 in Howletts, UK.
A female Lisa (Liza) came from Parken ZOO Eskilstuna, Sweden. She was born 17.03.2014.
The infos were published on Zoo Wrocław official website.
Rather historical fact:
Zamość zoo in Poland had also clouded leopards recently, a pair (female from Ostrava and a male from Wuppertal). The story didn't end well, especially for the female. Zamość ended breeding/holding species in 2018 according to Zootierliste.
I found it in their websites and Facebook pages.@Jungle Man where did you find the information for the three German centres?
So sad!! One less from the list, now the population is 41.48.@Jungle Man I mentioned this a few posts ago, but Nikolaev don’t have any anymore. Avan died in 2018...
Thanks for the info @Peter Berry I will continue updating the population and thanks for all your help,it is appreciated. If you know anything else, tell me to update the lists.
Imagine, all the clouded leopards born at Parc Des Felins I don't have them listed anywhere so I need to continue trying to find more.We are all indebted to you for all of your efforts in compiling this list!!
Earlier today I came across a 'Review of facilities keeping Asian big cats in captivity':
https://cites.org/sites/default/files/eng/com/sc/70/E-SC70-51-A2-R1.pdf
Table 6 in this report provides details of the numbers of clouded leopards in captivity (including in Europe where the total at the time of compilation was 107 cats) so we still have a few more to find!
