As the title suggests, this one will focus on the TROPICAL FOREST category - as previously, the match will last for three days and although discussion of your reasoning and provision of supplementary evidence is not mandatory (except in cases of a 5:0 vote) it *is* very much encouraged.

Moreover, even if one does not feel comfortable voting, please do ask questions, post comments relating to your opinions on the evidence presented, and generally-speaking get involved in the wider discussion!

A fantastic category to put these two against eachother. I am unfortunately or fortunately going on an animal trip to France right now, so I might not have the time to put a good showcase of both of the collections. This category contains a large portion of both of the zoo's collection (Zoo: Rhino Pagoda, Aquarium, Welt der Vögel, Reich der Jäger; Tierpark: Alfred Brehm House, Monkey House, Pheasantry, Deer Paddocks), so could make for some great discussion points. I'll see if I can put something out, but it might not be as detailed as normal, so feel free to start a showcase if one wishes to.

@twilighter - A couple enclosures for tropical predators with great indoor enclosures. Good outdoors for the small predators and slightly too small for the big cats.
Species: Jaguar (1,2), Sumatran Tiger (4), Yucatán Margay, Southern Oncilla, Ring-tailed Vontsira (3).

Nice enclosures for a couple of night dwelling forest animals.
Species: Southern Bolivian Night Monkey (1), Three-banded Armadillo (1), Kinkajou (2), Northern Dry Slender Zone Loris (3), Goodman’s Mouse Lemur, Lesser Hedgehog Tenrec, Gray Mouse Lemur, New Guinea Short Beaked Echidna, Giant Jumping Rat, Indomalayan Bamboo Rat, Pallas’ Long Tongued Bat, Seba’s Short-tailed Bat.

@ZooTripper365 - Two nice enclosures for Sloth Bears, Coati. There is also an Asian Small-clawed Otter enclosure in the park.

I think that should cover mostly all the mammalian carnivores and nocturnal animals at the zoo. Other category exhibits would need covering are: Rhino Pagoda, Primate House, Cattle enclosures, Welt der Vögel, Aquarium, Andean Condor aviary, Elephant, Pygmy Hippo, South America enclosure, Okapi and Bongo, some loose exhibits. This would also be needed for Tierpark.

This one is heading towards being the slowest and lowest-participation match yet - which is a massive surprise given how good both collections are for this category!

Still plenty of time to turn things around, though....

Not for the first time i think this match is kind of unlucky, since both are run by the same organization, there are many similarities (carnivores)

I think it really comes down to personal prescreens hear. Both have a good collection, the Zoo probably a few more weak exhibits, therefore a more divers collection. For primates and hoofstock TP is probably in the lead. Carnivores haven't the best exhibits at either of the two collections. For birds, herps and fish the Zoo offers compared to TP an insane amount of species. Therefore i voted in favor of the Zoo.
