Besides the Australian zone I hears Stuttgart doesn't have much, so I thought this justified a 3/2 vote.

Doesn't have much isn't really how I would describe the rest of the miscellaneous mammal selection of the Wilhelma :p

Here is a short overview:

Rock hyrax are kept in a mixed enclosure with gelada & barbary sheep:

Not the prettiest, but for hyrax extremely spacious and well designed.

Short-eared sengi in the giraffe house:

@German Zoo World

Large South American exhibit with giant anteater and Patagonian cavy:

A part of the American beaver enclosure:

@gulogulogulo

The small mammal & bird greenhouse, has:
full

Tree shrews

full

A double cage with tamandua, rock cavy & large hairy armadillo

full

A naked mole rat set up.

The grey kangaroo are still in an old enclosure, waiting for the new exhibit to be finished:

@gulogulogulo

The butterfly walkthrough of the insectarium is home to flying foxes:
full

@Cichlid

The Amazonian greenhouse has free-ranging Seba's short-tailed bats and a free-ranging sloth:
full

More sloths are kept in a separate enclosure with monkeys.

Wombats are temporarily kept in a smaller exhibit, picture shows about half of it.
full

@Cichlid

And then you have the whole Terra Australis complex, which really is superb.

Outdoor enclosures hold Quokka, long-nosed potoroo, koala and Goodfellow's tree kangaroo, the latter 2 can also be seen indoors

Indoors consists of 3 rooms. The first holds koala, as well as blue-tongued skinks and the tree kangaroo:

The koala exhibits:

full

What follows are 2 nocturnal rooms. The first for Australian desert species:
full

The second features forest animals:
full

In terms of excellence Pairi Daiza really only offers the crypt imo and the rest of the enclosures are of a similar standard or less as the Wilhelma.

Well I didn't know all that, since I have never been to Stuttgart.:p This indeed seems like a clear win for wilhemina then

Another blow to the hopes of Pairi Daiza, but a very pleasing result for the German collection:

Pairi Daiza - 50/140 points - 35.714%
Stuttgart - 90/140 points - 64.286%

However, can it maintain this streak of good fortune in the two matches it has ahead?
