European Zoos with Large Bear Collections

I vaguely recall, quite a few years ago (the early-mid 2000s is what I’m guessing) going to a zoo in mainland Europe with a considerable amount of bear species. Unfortunately I cannot remember the exact name of this zoo, (I might be confusing “large bear collection” with “large (insert thing here) collection”). I’ve visited Germany (And I still vividly remember Cologne Zoo) and France several times, so it most logically must have been from around there, though I could be mistaken. I feel very embarrassed for not remembering the name of the zoo, but hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction. I believe these bears were housed fairly close to each other (but not together of course) if that helps.

Until less than a decade ago the two Berlins had every species of bear between them.

Today, Pairi Daiza has quite large bear sps. collection, I think... at least five, if counting giant pandas? (not in Germany or France)
