Closed EXIF Data

You can remove EXIF easily by using a simple program. Google "Opanda EXIF remover" you just open the photo in that program and click "remove exif" not sure why you would want to though?

I like to see the EXIF data for photos - I like looking at the settings that were used when the photo was taken and the type of camera and lens that was used.

But yes, the photo uploader automatically extracts EXIF data if it can find it.

Thanks, I was just wondering as some photo's do not have the data were as others do.

Thanks

Some image editing programs don't maintain the EXIF data so it gets lost or corrupted, and as previously mentioned, some programs allow you to explicitly strip the information out of the JPG file.

Yes, 36 shots per roll. I am leaving in two days for a week in England and France and am taking two cameras - one with 22 rolls of Kodak E100G and one with 13 rolls of Fuji Provia 400X. Digital schmigital I say! (Although I did recently buy a pocket digital that I use for snapshots and pictures of animal signs for labelling my slides - easier than trying to write down the latin name for every new species I photograph).
