Exmoor Zoo Exmoor Zoo News 2021

Well they've got a sign up listing new arrivals which includes ratels (and the date they arrived), and a blackboard out front which says "HONEY BADGERS coming soon", and they're included on the map along with their enclosure number, and signage on the enclosure, so I imagine it's fine.
Ah that's okay then, glad the info is finally out officially :)

Honey Badger, wow, what a great addition!! Amazing creatures, fascinating!! Can’t wait to see them!!

Visited yesterday for the first time in almost 2 years. The place was looking great! They really make the best use of the space they have. Highlights were new otter enclosure for smooth-coated otters, a series of inter-connected pools which the otters seemed to love. Great bird collection, new hooded vultures, not sure what happened to the Palm Nut Vultures. Loads of hatchings, Bali Mynahs and the usual flocks of Amazons. They now have Honey Badgers, currently off show as they're waiting for the new mesh from China. Apparently they came from Howletts and Tod's place! New Flamingos! Didn't see the Wolverines. Loads of new enclosures being built. They've got permission from EN to start releasing White Storks, which is very exciting! All in all, a great visit, the sun even came out and a very tasty ham and cheese toastie! Can't wait to see the honey badgers when they're finally on show.

I was there yesterday too :) It was the first time that I had seen the smooth otters, but I still couldn't spot the wolverine. The large new enclosure between the martens and the caracals seems to be nearly ready, progress on the others has been slower. I was interested to see that the yellow-throated martens were very playful together, but I didn't see them mating.

Not Howletts, given the location of their past stock is known :p I suggest you read posts upthread!

Well, the breeding pair from Howletts went to Dvur Kralove and their hybrid offspring is still *at* Howletts, these being the only Howletts animals still living; so I think you've gotten your wires crossed somewhere :)
