It's not correct whatsoever; the one remaining honey badger at Howletts (the hybrid) is still there whilst the parent pair (which Damien tried to send back into the wild) were sent to Dvur Kralove after EAZA put their foot down on the matter, assisted by the fact that the pair were not owned by Port Lympne and officially-speaking were on loan from RZSS and Prague.
Given the fact that the location of all three honey badgers latterly held at Howletts is fully established, and (more to the point) the fact the Exmoor animals are known to have come from Todd Dalton, the information provided upthread can be safely dismissed.
