We saw one alive and well on 29th May. Fast asleep on a platform at the very back of the enclosure behind the house

I saw something exactly there in the morning (having been tipped off) - but I couldn't see enough to identify it. Late in the afternoon two of the rusty-spotteds were quite active in the two enclosures, which are both linked to the left-hand indoor den (viewed from the front). I suppose they could have a shift system, but Occam's Razor would suggest they do not and so I probably saw one of the rusties in the morning too.

According to the parks new map they should be getting wolverines in 2017! :D (Number 42a).

Also, according to ztl, the park should hold zebras. I wasn't aware that they did and the map seems to back this up. Can anyone shed any light on this?

An extension is underway to the current Lynx enclosure. The New Guinea Singing Dogs have moved into there completed new exhibit and Hunting Dogs have replaced them

The Blue Tailed Monitor in the reptile house has gone and its former enclosure is empty

Dave the Cheetah has died of old age. The females will probably go to new collections to breed in the near future. I think they don't plan to hold Cheetahs after the girls have left.
