Thanks for posting that. Looked at some of his work online and it's truly unique and absolutely amazing! Not sure I could ever muster the fortitude to do half of what he does. I really like how he shoots wide, close, and from a low angle. Very different from most others. It gives me something to work on.
Here is a great interview with him from Outdoor Photographer. He explains further what he states briefly in the video, that a majority of the work is getting to the right place with the right guides. He is so well established that he can spend huge sums to get access that most of us could not.
