I've never actually seen one, just head them. They hide, and when watching TV in the evening their poop would often fall from the rafters (in to your cuppa tea if you were unlucky!)![]()
They were definitely congregating up in our roof!

I see you saw that corn cob video too!- American porcupines while eating. Seriously, look it up.
South American porcupines are even more adorable:
- All Panthera cat roars, lion and tiger especially.
- Probably my favorite, bull elk bugles. Red stag roars as well
- Fighting koalas. Unexpectedly horrifying.
In my first post on here, I only mentioned the call of the Montezuma Oropendola. But there are definitely a number of other sounds I'm fond of that I just felt I'd mention:
Any tapir sounds.
They’re oddly just as expressive as other pachyderms.
