I think you can make a good argument for Pahrump poolfish as well since its main habitat
is an artificially constructed and maintained lake (really a large pond).

Plus I think there are quite a few that would probably be extinct if not for fisheries (examples like American paddlefish and palid sturgeon).
 
Some species of fish common in the pet trade such as the white cloud mountain minnow, redtail shark, denison barb, and butterfly goodeid are endangered or even extinct in the wild.

Yep California's golden trout (Oncorhynchus aguabonita or Oncorhynchus mykiss aguabonita, depending on who you ask), is an endangered species/subspecies. Captive breeding is part of their conservation plan.

Since fisheries exist, tons of fish species have had captive breeding as a major part of their conservation, including a number of salmonid taxa. Most of this has occurred outside of zoos.
