I haven’t been to FSZ in years unfortunately just with how difficult public transpo is
Looks like the cats may possibly have come from the Leopard and Goat Farm in Cornwall going with the names of the cheetahs at least Artimis and Velox
When I visited the zoo a few weeks ago, they’ve separated a part of the enclosure off for ByaraBrown bear imported from Belgium:
Five Sisters Zoo welcomes new rescue Brown Bear Byara
Three year old Byara came from Natuurhulpcentrum Opglabbeek in Belgium.
Posting on their official Facebook page, the team wrote: “It is our hopes that she will eventually be introduced to Eso, our other female Brown bear.
I mean, you know what clouded leopards are like! Good to see the cheetahs, when I visited both the new species were catnappingVisited yesterday. lucky to have been there when 3 of the 4 cheetahs had popped out.
Didn't see the clouded leopards, spoke to a keeper she said she'd never seen them out during the day and were hoping to get a camera/screen put up so visitors could see them in their inside areaView attachment 546495
@mattmcg83 I live in Plymouth and have never visited this attraction. When the ride private is used does it mean that the Animals were someone's exotic pets and the place wasn't open to the public. If yes the Cheetah's etc might be off show for a while as they get aclimitised to people, who are not their owner.
