Dublin zoo had a male and female pair up to 2003 when they were sent away to zoo in Hungary due to the male bothering the female and the enclosure being small

Giza Zoo, Cairo, kept a polar bear (from Berlin TP)
At the time of my visit (1995) the polar bear was kept in a cage of the historic bear facility.
