The Baird's Tapir calf was named Moli.

A male Randall Linebacker cow named Rumba was added to Franklin Farm.
A male Bongo named Mdogo was born on August 21st, to Isabel, and is on exhibit.

Went to Franklin Park today so here's a few updates/additions. Warthogs and African Porcupines are side by side in new exhibits at the front of the Zebra/Wildebeest area. There was a second Wattled Crane in a fenced in area in the main Wattled Crane exhibit. I'm guessing a new introduction. Male Baird's Tapir was in the outside yard and the female and her youngster were on display inside the Tropics building. They are building a large aviary addition off the back the Condor aviary. A new Hummingbird exhibit in the bird house. Can't remember what species of Hummingbird though. A new Sloth exhibit has been built inside the Little Critters building in the Childern's Zoo area of the zoo.
