Amazon World Zoo Park Free flying birds question

Hi all, I'm hoping someone has been to Amazon World fairly recently and can help me with a query. We're hoping to visit this year and, since going to the Isle of Wight usually includes staying with them, taking my parents with us; when my mum worked in one of the local schools (over 10 years ago now), she couldn't go on school trips here because of the free flying birds.
Is it necessary to go through areas with free flying birds to visit the park, or are there paths that could avoid these areas? It's hard to tell from the map on the website!

Unfortunately, as far as I can recall there is no way to skip these areas as a number of areas have free-flying birds.

However, the receipt for a visit is valid for return visits for 7 days after purchase. As such, you would be able to visit to check the place out for yourself and make a decision on the matter, and then - if desired - return the next day with your parents if you feel your mother would be okay. This course of action would not cost you any more than if you took the risk and all visited together without checking the place.
 
Thanks, I thought that might be the case. I hadn't realised that they did a free return ticket, so that's a good idea. Thanks again.
 
Or you could instead visit the IOW zoo or the Monkey and Owl Sanctuary if free flying birds are a problem, you could then enjoy a day out all together.

Yes, the Zoo is planned - although I'm from the IoW originally, I've never actually been! We did the Owl and Monkey Haven last year and will go again at some point, it was just that my dad seemed keen on Amazon World.
