I'm not familiar with any of these, so any information would be appreciated. I fairly certain the Siberian (Amur) SSP is rolling along nicely, how are these? Since the study that split the Malayan and Indochinese populations, it seems almost all the "Indochinese" tigers in US zoos are actually Malayans. Is there enough room in AZA facilities to accommodate even two of these three subspecies, assuming all of the white and generic tigers can be phased out in a reasonable amount of time?

I believe it is ALL, not almost all (I could be wrong). Some zoos may not have changed their signage to match the new split, so they may still say "indochinese" when in fact they are "malayan." Cincinnati started this program, runs the SSP, and I know they have (or had) at least one wild caught male (whose son lives at my zoo). Not sure about the genetics and health of the populations, but our former curator (who just left us to become director of the zoo in Fresno, CA) told me there were some "problems" with the sumatran population. Unfortunately, he didn't elaborate.
As far as if there is room for three subspecies, there are SSP's in place for all three, so I would assume they took space into account when they set them up.

bengals in the wild are doing terrible, their population has basically unfortunatly halfed since 2003.

I think the main foxuses in the US and Canada right now are Sumatran, Malayan and Amur

Who is we? Malayan are represented in Europe albeit in small numbers. Young male was brought as a new blood last summer, the only news since is one failed introduction to a female resulted in minor wounds of her.
