It seems in the fantasy forum (which doesnt interact with the rest of the forum as much) it's mainly young people.

My impression is that most people who make a user on here are kids/teenagers (often of the "I wanna start my own zoo and I know just how to do it" kind), but often their excitedness has worn off after a month or so, leaving them to never be heard from again, so those who become permanent fixtures are mostly adults - and teenagers with slightly more realistic worldviews.

That seems to be a fairly accurate observation from what I have seen as well.
