German zoo visit questions

Hi Zoochatters.

I'm going also to Magdeburg in August so I had a few questions about a few species which I want to see but they aren't on the map.

Zoo Magdeburg
- Grandidier's mongoose (so the Zootierliste says in the Madagascar exibith, is this where the lemures are at the map?)
- Goral
- Marbled polecat (when?)
- Mona monkey
- Serval

Fat-tailed dwarf lemur

Grandidier's - yes, in the lemur walkthrough (although it was still closed when I went in March
Serval - on the right side of the map opposite black rhino
Marbled polecat - opposite snow leopards, best time according to the keeper is 1-2 pm (I missed this window by about 10 minutes and the polecats went back to sleep )

I did not see goral or mona monkeys, the mona might have been in the closed chimpanzee area.

- They are in the exhibit at Madagascar area, but is not open yet. Better ask the zoo, when the area will be open.

- On the top of the zoo together with the Red Panda

- I saw it early on the morning

- In the net exhibit close to the Giraffe house and Worthog exhibit.

Mona monkeys are actually nextdoors to the servals. At least they were sept 2021.

I saw the polecat active around 12:00.

Weren't visible in March, just the colobus. Can't remember if they were signed or not though.
