Everland Zoo Giant pandas arrive in South Korea

The article doesn't mention it, so I wonder IF Everland had to pay for the loan (what I presume) and if so then how much. Maybe a special deal between Sponsor Samsung and China?

According to an article a few years ago, Everland pays $1 million a year for panda rent. And also, I understand that among Korean theme park enthusiasts, there was talk that the reason why the old popular dark ride attraction, named "Earth Village" in Everland, was demolished and the hotel construction was canceled was due to the cost of building panda breeding facilities and panda rent cost.

Korean news said this newly born panda will be sent back to China in four years.

Everland started a contest yesterday to name baby panda. The name is scheduled to be released on the 28th of next month.
