Giraffe Sizes

I'm having trouble finding reliable size information for the various giraffe subspecies (species). For example I've seen differing sources claim that the Masai giraffe is both the largest subspecies, and the smallest. Anyone have any accurate information as to what the largest subspecies actually is?

Well considering that the tallest Giraffe kept in a zoo in the UK was a Masai bull called George how died at Chester in 1969 I cannot see how they can be the smallest Giraffe sub-species.I believe he may well still be in the Guiness Book of Records as the tallest Giraffe ever to be kept in captivity.

Well, there is a unusually high newborn rotschildi in Ústí with 203 cm at birth, he might grow up into a contender for the highest one (at least) of his subspecie one day, who knows. To compare, another calf born there recently is 210 cm high at the age of two months (160 cm when born).
