Do we know if Phase 1 of El Mundo Huasteco y Totonaco is already open to the public? Or, just like Phase 2, is it still under construction?

Phase 1 for the capuchin and capybara is already open and has been since at least 2021 I think. The second phase seems to be mostly done with construction, so those species should be moved over in a few months time.

Hello, I have a question of the names of the Plains zebra at the Gladys Porter Zoo. I know they have 1.5 individuals but what are their names? I have contacted the zoo at least 3 times in a span of 2 months but they never responded me.
Thank you.
