Hi, I can confirm that the gorilla island is open again. It was closed due to the birth of the baby when she was born. I have been up to the zoo twice in the past two weeks and both times it has been open. There are photo,s of both mum and baby and other gorilla,s on the island on the zoo,s facebook, Lynne
