There are no African leopards in the USA.
Generic means not a specific subspecies.
African is a subspecies.
Then population
Which would still make them African leopards, of which there aren't any in the USA.
If I have to be honest the wallaby looks too stylized for my taste and the ridge of the nose seems off to me.

No, there are not any pure African leopards in any American zoos… they are generics. This been stated quite a few times on here… your point has certainly not been proven by anyone.

My point was against people who mistakenly thought that I thought Amur Leopards were African i think we all got confused lol.
No one thought that. You said Fort Worth was getting African leopards, and that Columbus has them. That was incorrect.

I am aware but did you not see that i was trying to explain that Amur Leopards are used as stand-ins due to their rarity since they are generic, that just makes them rarer.
We know Amurs are used as stand-ins. That has nothing to do with what people are correcting you about. There are ZERO African leopards in USA zoos.
We know that, it's nothing new. You keep insisting that there are African Leopards in the US, but there are not.
Also your sentence here makes no sense, Amurs are not generic, they're a specific valid subspecies.
