I was at the zoo after work today (great way to unwind on a Friday afternoon when finishing early) and had paused at the Serval enclosure (had it all to myself) because the Male and Female were really moving around, anyway a couple in their 30s strolls up and one says to the another,

"They look just like cats"

Ha Ha, made my visit that one...

I witnessed a similar thing about a month ago in a local park. There is an aviary with the nromal finches, cockatiels and pheasants, but there are also a few unusual birds. One flight houses a pair of ringed teal and a lady walking past said to her children, 'oh look at those, they look like ducks.'

We recently acquired some very young axolotls at college. One of my colleagues immediately noticed that they didn't have any legs and blurted out "Oh! They look just like tadpoles!"
